THE STORY
We aim to be a traditional butcher’s shop with a modern twist. You’ll see everything from old-fashioned cuts such as beef shin and skirt, to our more adventurous, prepared products such as Sausage Canoes and Greek Lamb Truffles. Whether you love working away in the kitchen concocting your favourite recipes, or popping something easy in the oven after a long day at work; we have it covered.
Hygiene and food safety is paramount to the success of our business and we are proud to have been inspected twice by Environmental Health and received 5/5 on both occasions.

2. Rub a little oil into the joint and season with salt & pepper all over.
3. Place on a roasting tray in the oven and lower the temperature immediately to 200c (190 fan) and roast for 20 mins per lb/500g for medium beef. For medium rare, roast for 15 minutes per lb and for well done 25 mins per lb. Remove the joint from the oven, cover with foil and let the joint rest for 30 mins.
